Castle Multicem is designed specially to give the ease of spreading and water retention necessary for mortars; entraining air and contributing to superior plastic properties in concrete; and enhanced durability to frost attack in hardened mortar and concrete. These properties depend, in part, on the characteristics of the particular sand and aggregates in use and therefore for optimum performance it might be necessary to add additional small quantities of mortar plasticiser or concrete air-entra ining admixtures. Castle Multicem is suitable for use with a wide range of additives and admixtures to extend further the properties and uses of concrete, mortar, render and screed.
