Website ordering is only available for Mainland UK, We do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Please contact us for Highlands and Northern Scotland.
Also some areas of Scotland may be charged extra including AB,KV, KW,IV,PA,H,DD. Please request confirmation before ordering.
- Delivery charges start from £4.99 and are caluclated when all items are added to your basket.
- FREE delivery on certain items excludes Next Dayand Express Service £250 includes VAT but excludes delivery charges.
- Delivery of all products except those highlighted separately below or elsewhere on the website should be available for delivery within 3 working days.
- Certain Lintels,Drainage and Velux items have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and may take longer than 3-5 working days to deliver.
- Delivery Guarantee only covers items that are in stock, if we are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible
- A preferred delivery date can be entered when ordering the goods. These will be adhered to where ever possible.
- Delivery days are Monday to Friday The delivery date will be confirmed with the confirmation that the order has been accepted.
- All orders must be signed for on delivery except where arrangements have been made with us.
- Delivery only to ground floor flats or an area to off load for above ground floor
- An additional charge will be made if orders have to be redelivered.
- ACCESS to delivery address must be accessible by large 10-20 tonne lorry
- All Bradstone orders have to be signed for and are left kerbside.
- Please do not arrange for tradesman to begin work before materials have arrived. BSO shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date.
- A charge will be made if you are not present to sign for the delivery and we have to leave the address.
