The DeWalt DCH214L2 is a heavy-duty 3 mode dedicated 18 volt cordless SDS+ hammer featuring the XR Li-Ion 18 Volt 3.0Ah Lithium Ion battery which delivers high performance, long life and maximum runtime and is supplied with Quick Release SDS-Plus toolholder and 3 jaw chuck supplied for easy switching between hammer / rotary hammer and rotary only applications
The three modes are:
Hammer Drilling for for drilling anchors and fixing holes into concrete, brick and masonry from 4mm to 20mm.
Rotation stop mode for light chiselling in plaster, tiles and render
Impact stop mode for rotary drilling only in wood, ceramic, steel
It has the Best in class vibration, 8m/s² which reduces user fatigue and maximises operating periods and has a rubber coated grip to reduce surface vibration and user fatigue. The electronic motor brake gives additional control and the bright white LED with delay feature improves visibility and provides flashlight functionality.
