The Ryobi RCS4040CA chainsaw is built with power and style in mind. The powerful 40cc engine helps the chain blade cut through logs with the greatest of ease, giving you maximum efficiency from the 40cm (16 inch) chain.
The Ryobi RCS4040 has built-in, tool-less chain tensioning - you just tighten the chain with the dial on the side of the saw to slacken or loosen the tension.
For user safety, there is a 3-point, anti vibration handle which also helps improve comfort and reduces user fatigue. A fast acting, inertia activated chain brake stops the chain in seconds when disengaged and, to help prolong the chain life, the automatic lubrication system lubricates as you go thereby reducing friction and wear.
This is an easy to start chainsaw - just prime the carburettor, slide the choke out and pull the rip cord for an instant start.
The clear fuel tank gives you easy view of fluid levels. A large silencer for quiet operations is fitted and the chainsaw is supplied in a tough, robust carry case for easy storage and safe transportation.
