Tile Mate™ this is a brand new product to the market this does exactly the same a cement based Aquapanel and Hardiebacker but weighs only 4.32KG. Other boards weigh can weigh 26kg for a 1200x1200mm board.
The board is manufactured from closed cell PIR foam with a reinforced calcium carbonate exterior surface to both faces and is available in thicknesses of 6mm and 12mm in board sizes of 1200x1200mm.
