Worcester Bosch FR10 Room Thermostat The wall mounted Worcester FR10 7716192065 is an intelligent room thermostat that enables load compensation and will offer around 11% energy savings compared to standard on/off controls. The FR10s load compensation feature means that, rather than just switching the boiler on and off, it will adjust the flow temperature of the central heating water in line with set heating temperature requirements. The smaller the difference between the actual temperature and the set-point temperature, the lower the flow temperature from the boiler. FR10 Intelligent Room Thermostat is an energy saving load compensating room thermostat suitable for use with the current plug-in controls - MT10 and DT20. The FR10 enables users to control the room temperature by asessing the demand and comparing the current temperature with the desired result. The FR10 is compatible with Greenstar CDi Combi and System* Boilers only. *Only suitable for use when optional diverter valve is fitted.

Products No Longer Required
If you cancel your order at any time after the date of our acceptance of your order and within 14 calendar days following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges.
If you advise us of your return more than 14 calendar days following the date of delivery we will advise you whether the return is acceptable and any costs associated. Any request has to be made via our RMA page. Phone returns are not acceptable.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including special order items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 48 hours (24 hours paving and windows) of it being delivered to you.
To arrange for the product to be collected, e-mail email@example.com with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund if the product is no longer in stock. After 24 hours please refer to manufacturer returns policy.
Alternatively, you can make arrangements for collection of the product through our nominated carrier. The cost of the return will be at our expense. We require the return of the product within 14 days of the refund request being made.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
