The benefits of using a rainwater hopper are to help increase the flow through a drainpipe when there is heavy rainfall. using a hopper help create a symphonic system which causes the pipe to fill to capacity preventing overflow and damage to the guttering.
This Eurocell Rainwater Hopper can also be used for a water spout where multiple gutter runs are required to run into one pipe instead of your standard outlet connection drainpipes.
