What is a Fascia Vent?
In addition to adding roof vents in the roof surface (available elsewhere in our catalogue) you can fit a fascia vent to increase the air flow into the roof space. A fascia vent, or over fascia vent, is a type of roof vents that sit on the top of the fascia board, creating a spacer beneath the felt on the roof, ensuring continuous roof ventilation at the level of the eaves.
Choosing your Fascia Vent
Our range of fascia vent includes products from trusted brands such as Manthorpe, Ubbink, Klober, and Hambleside Danelaw. The hardwearing polypropylene roof vents are quick and easy to fit, simply slotting over the top of the fascia boards and locking together with the neighbouring section of vent. Many of the Manthorpe roof vents incorporate insect and bird guards to prevent pests from entering your roof through the space created by the fascia vent or clogging the space and reducing the roof ventilation. We also carry separate Eaves Comb Fillers to perform the same job for roof vents without them or where a built-in guard needs replacing. We have fascia vent products that are compatible with all types of tile, and Manthorpe roof vents that provide different amounts of airflow. All of the fascia vent products are available in a range of pack volumes. So whatever the size and specification of your roof ventilation job you can find the fascia roof vents that you need in our catalogue.
