Lead Sealant (Bond-It Flash-Mate)
A fast skinning roof sealant that reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise. Tough, resilient and compatible with lead. The Bond it roof sealant can be used to bond glass and glazing plastics as well as small sections of roofing materials under repair. Bond it roof sealant is Ideally suited for sealing roof-lights, conservatives, soffits, glass house, industrial roofing systems, lead flashings and to prevent tile lifting and wind noise. Bond it roof sealant also has excellent UV, heat and ozone resistance and sets to a tough, resilient rubber seal. Bond it roof sealant is also suitable for use on metals, concrete, mortar and plaster.
Weather Mate Sealant
A multi-use elastic filler that can be applied to wet surfaces and in wet weather, while still remaining permanently flexible. Intended for external use only it can be overpainted with most paints and wood stains when cured. Adheres to most common surfaces. A neutral, cost-effective, low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. Formulated to a high viscosity, SILICONE 700T gives excellent tooling properties.
