Social Media Manager Go Back Job Summary

BSO are a rapidly growing E-commerce business and you will be working with in a busy office environment.

This role will suit you if you’re a super-bright Social Marketeer who’d like to own our Social Media function! You’ll have experience of most facets of Social and email Marketing including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and email marketing. You will relish the freedom that our role will provide.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the social media across all channels, driving engagement with our brand.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars.
  • Leverage relationships with partners by creating campaigns across social channels.
  • Bring campaigns through the line effectively for social media and set realistic and achievable targets of what social media content can deliver.
  • Listening and monitoring sentiment on the internet and action plans to achieve month on month growth in key metrics.
  • Bring energy, ideas and fresh perspective to a team that values all three
  • Identification of and connection to members of the community and influencers to grow reach and build a network of advocates

  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant Degree or Equivalent
  • Advanced experience of working with Facebook Ads, YouTube and Mailchimp (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working with Social Media Management Tools
  • Able to report to Board Level and all colleagues at all levels
  • Able to create multiple messages and assets within campaigns to optimise ROI
  • Ability to prioritise workload, self-manage and be organised
  • Used to working with Marketing Budgets
