VELUX smoke ventilation system means that you can easily comply with building regulations and European standards on smoke ventilation with the added benefit of increased daylighting into a building.
Fully automatic, the system opens up the roof window as soon as smoke is detected or a break glass point is activated. So assisting a safe and fast escape in the event of a fire, as smoke is dispersed quickly from corridors and stairways.
Ease of use is a hallmark of its design and the system is quick and simple to install and use, whilst its management by one control box makes it simple to reset. It comes as one package containing everything that you need via one single order code, window and flashing, control panel, break glass unit, actuator and smoke sensor.
Accessories such as wall switches for controlled ventilation and rain sensors are also available.

How will my bulky or pallet order be delivered?For bulky deliveries we will call or text to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please ensure you provide an appropriate mobile number at the checkout.
All bulky and pallet orders will be delivered by large lorry to the kerbside. Please ensure there is suitable access to the delivery address before ordering.
Please note a signature is required for all bulky and pallet deliveries.
