Manthorpe GW291 Intermediate Cavity Trays

The Manthorpe Cavity Trays suit low pitches in typically 150mm, 225mm coursing in either stonework or blockwork. There is an upstand at only one end of these Cavity Trays. This is so that the water can run out of the Manthorpe Cavity trays and down the cavity tray system. The Manthorpe Cavity Trays have a flexible perpend protector attached that prevents driving rain penetrating the outer wall and tracking across the masonry. The Cavity Trays have a unique front mortar clip that can be removed from the cavity trays at any time once the mortar has set leaving a 25mm deep aperture which the lead is inserted into and secured with lead wedges.

The Manthorpe G950 Weep Vent is used to drain lintels, cavity trays and to ventilate cavity walls. The Manthorpe Vent can be slotted between two bricks and mortared into position. It provides an unobtrusive ventilation point for the cavity behind. To prevent the ingress of driving rain and wind the vent has a baffled grille and also incorporates an insect grille and drip lip.
